Most local SEO advice is a pile of forty tips with no priorities. This is the order I actually run for clinics, restaurants and shops, ranked by what moves the map pack.
For a one-location business, most customers find you through the map results, not the classic blue links. That changes the priority list completely. Here is the sequence I use, top impact first.
Reviews are the compounding asset. Rankings follow prominence, and prominence follows a profile that visibly answers people every week. Put a review ask into your normal follow-up email and the rest of this list gets easier every month.
Work the list top to bottom and resist reordering it because a blog post told you links are king. For one-location businesses they matter, but they are dessert, not dinner.
